I will negotiate and exhaust all options to make this the most comfortable and smooth transition possible. Please let me know how I can help you? I look forward to hearing from you!

Great Realtor. Honest and took care of us. She advised us that if we sold before living in the house for two years, we would have to pay capital gains taxes. She wanted us to be aware and educated before making a financial decision. No other realtor we contacted said that. This is why we chose Heidi, for her honesty and caring about her clients. The others were self-serving and greedy. We are super happy with Heidi and would use her again and absolutely recommend her to others. Thank you, Heidi!

Heidi is great! It was a long road finding a spot that checked all of our boxes, but she never gave up. Her tenacity and dedication in helping find the right place were fantastic. She was also incredibly helpful in working quickly to get all of the inspections completed timely. She's personable and friendly, and when you're working on purchasing a place - that helps make the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend Heidi!
